This happen with some FHD video Like NAFI-012 and NKD-225, Some part of the video it play normal but sometimes it get choppy, its like the frame rate drop on some part of the video.
has anyone ever experience this problem?? I tried both MPC and VLC the result are the same.

i put the link so anyone can see the video i'm talking about

It's not so much an issue with FHD content, it's all about the care taken in the rip and/or the re-encode to get it online, unfortunately. We won't get pristine titles thr majority of the time.

A while ago we had those HD rips with the white watermark in the upper corners, the image quality wasn't quite perfect, but those were the best HD rips we had for quite a while. (Among the common rips at least.)

Now there have been these 77xx.me rips going around for a while, and while they look great, they do have framerate issues, some moreso, some less and it usually gets a bit better in later parts of the video.
