Thank you for sharing! I've saved this cover with a note "landmark booty". My case is quite common, though, I believe: it's Shiori Tsukada (though I've now realized that I've praised her in another thread, not here)

Japan has some great booty, but there is quality booty to be found anywhere in the world, thank God Almighty. There isn't any girl with muscular legs in that video. Just fat legs for girls like the first one. No muscle at all. See how at 5:50, her ass is flat. It's wide, but flat.
The shape is way different with muscle.
I felt that you're making a lot of bold claims, so I wrote a lot as well. The gist is below the spoiler (where I put the thinking process that led to this conclusion):
Well, if you compare your girl to a bodybuilder, she doesn't have a lot of muscle either. I was talking relatively. Like, take an average Japanese girl and compare the hips (I googled Mao, for example, see below; not because I think she's "skinny in the leg department", no, she has nice legs, but I doubt the fat to muscle ratio is that much different; at the very least, I doubt all that additional girth is just fat, so, we could say that their legs are muscular if by muscular we meant "having a lot of muscle as compared to an average JAV actress, not by ratio, but in general

TL;DR: "fat" is clearly subjective; "muscular" was in comparison to an average JAV actress, and only about the legs; "flat but wide" still counts as big, at least in my (and arguably evolution's) book
Also, what about the girl in the thumbnail (in red)? Maybe I don't understand your parameters at all, but doesn't she have more or less the same muscle/fat ratio to her legs (while having a bigger yet similarly curvy ass, which, again, I prefer, even if it's because of "additional" fat)? I do admit, though, that on the video, it does seem that there is not that much muscle (again, compared to "your" girl)... still, I would need to see that girl you gave as an example on video as well, to actually compare since to me (and I might very well just be an amateur in this), the thumbnail's and your picture's girls' legs look more or less the same in "composition", i.e. if you put the thumbnail and the pic side by side, disregarding the video, it's not "way different", not for me

We could go even further and use the ad absurdum argument: if muscle was actually the only factor of sexiness of a woman's ass, then women bodybuilders would be the sexiest, i.e. most men would think they are sexy. While the woman in your pic is sexy, I doubt the majority of men would call female bodybuilders sexy*. Hence, "fat" is not to be looked down upon here as it's an essential part of what, arguably, separates a typical male butt from a woman's (apart from, again, the width of the hips — and many other factors, of course, coming down to bone structure and the actual proportions of fat and muscle and their allocation)
Again, I do realize that I'm kinda overreacting, but it's actually interesting what makes a good woman's ass — and, incidentally, what separates it from a good man's ass (since there are obviously some boundary cases)

I just replied because you used "muscular sexy legs" and I was expecting girls who looked like they were going to the gym. However, some of them clearly overdid plastic surgery (judging by their faces, lol), and like the first one, none of them look toned. So it's obvious that most of it is just fat.
Muscle, even at an average body fat level for women, looks different — it doesn't jiggle when someone walks. I'm pretty sure a couple of them also got plastic surgery on their butt, since it's a popular trend. Like the one at 3:10 — it looks so ridiculous.
I don't like the "stage ready bodybuilding" physique (the bodyfat is way too low), but as a guy who goes to the gym, I prefer a slender girl
