What is the best book for learning Japanese. I am an absolute beginner but I want to learn a little to start me on my way. What do you suggest?

Japanese for Busy people and I found Japanese for Dummies to be a helpfull reference.
However I need and English book as besides online I never speak it and in almost 8 years I am forgetting things lol
