This word is borrowed from English to Japanese language - therefore the script is in katakana.

There are rules - but they do not work!
Sly people use the asterix to discuss about banned content.
There should be strict rule, which bans all r a p e content from Forum!

I mean - if the Forum has set the Rule # 5 -

then - r a p e - is exactly the real-life illegal (criminal) activity!
