I got someone to purchase a video on gcolle for me. I received the video but for some reason it was censored with mosaics. It has more censoring than the preview pictures shown on the product page. When I saw the page (with google translate), it said "No mosaic is applied to the actual subject". So I expected uncensored. I can't tell if google translate mistranslated it or if the seller is cheating or if the third party who purchased for me did something. Usually I wouldn't have suspected the third party but the file size they sent me was smaller than the mentioned file size on the product page. But this also could have been the seller's mistake. So hope someone knowledgeable can share their thoughts on this.

I believe they are based in Japan so that should answer your question. HOWEVER, given that the content is mostly pure amateur, I expect the mosaic to either be super duper thin or massive and horrifically applied (I once saw an amateur doujin JAV where during the sex scene literally the bottom half was all pixels b/c they were too lazy/cheap to mosaic correctly).
