The article explains itself. FWIW, I agree with the position taken by the Japanese government --that game creators should not be censored by the government for the themes of their games (mosaic, of course, stays).

Leave it to America, which bans explicit r*** videos and cartoons, but where a r*** occurs about every ten seconds. In Japan, girls have more to fear from bullies at school than from rapists hiding in the shadows. Of course, the US has its own bullies, but that's not related to gaming:
