I want to purchase a 1pondo.tv 6 month Super VIP membership. But when I submit my details on the purhcase form it just give me a message saying:

"ERROR 100
We apologize, we can not process your request. "

I've tried contacting their customer support, but they were very unhelpful just saying they couldn't fix the problem and giving no explanation. :confused:

I live in Europe, so I'm wondering if it is some kind of location issue.

Has anyone had this problem with 1pondo, or know how I can go about fixing it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
