Actress Hana Kuraki has died. Any thoughts on her case

What do you guys think of her tragic passing? Were you a fan? I wasn't a huge fan of hers, but I have some her movies which I feel like deleting out of respect. Would you guys continue to keep and appreciate her past work knowing she left in such a tragic, violent circumstance? I think it's different if a porn star died of natural causes.

Have not watch a single movie. In other sources, it says she was in a abusive violent relationship with a gigolo. Guy was probably scum.

Yes, a real scumbag and bottom feeder. She was found dead at the apartment of her ex Shota Taira, a host from Elcore club. On November 2025, he broke into her home using a key and stole valuables. Then in December 2025, one month later he was arrested on charges of assault and theft after assaulting Kuraki. On May 22, enraged by her breakup notification, he visited her home, forcibly took two iPhones, and fled. In the process of trying to stop him, Kuraki was dragged by his luxury Maybach, sustaining serious injuries to her face and jaw.

Yes, I'm aware that there are hostesses too but the power dynamic is different. Are both looking to extract the maximum amount of money that they can out of their client? Yes. But the hostess usually can't take it too far. The host? They will coerce the girl into debt and than force her into the sex industry to pay it off. Scumbags.

Kuraki Hana is one of the rare JAV girls I followed on social media cos she isn't making basic content. Most JAV girls just do cute poses or do viral dances. Or they post their promo material, watered down for social media. Hana has always did just a little more, and usually had something different. She seems to be a smarter girl than most others in the profession so hearing about her being in such an abusive relationship is surprising.

Not seen any of her movies as I tend to skip S1 productions (I like creampies, they don't do those.) Still, it's always sad if people die so young.

After reading what her ex did to her, I hope they take a close look at whether it really was suicide and not something else.

To be honest, im not really a big S1 fan, but I would check out a video or two based on certain models or certain things I'd see in a trailer. I looked at her stuff from Jav Libary, and I dont think I've seen anything of hers. She doesn't have anything that catches my eye like other AV models. Sucks that she committed suicide. When money dries up, they would be discarded for the next big client. BTW, Kuraki was a makeup artist before venturing into AV and her Youtube channel is still up.

Apparently, no foul play was reported. But who knows if it was actually homicide given how much abuse she suffered from her ex. yea, S1 productions are on the vanilla side.

She had to withdraw from AV few months before her passing due to facial injury courtesy of her ex. I agree that she didn't really catch my eye that much. But this case shine a spolight on her life.

Odd, can't really find her YouTube. But it was her Tiktok content that I liked. She was actually fairly funny on it.

She was quite a stunner looks wise. I actually quite enjoy image videos from the JAV girls and she just looks amazing in the 2 that she was in.

Her passing away like this cos of some asshat really pisses me off. Hope he gets what's coming to him but somehow I think he's gonna get away with this due to how the justice system in Japan works.
