Well, I did use Naptster / WinMX during their haydays.... But it's now 2016..... And Torrents rule the downloading world right now....

And a lot of the posts here are like years old.....

So does P2P still exist? In what form? Any help/tutorial? Generally curious. :)

I meant 2015. The last time I used winMX was like late 1990's or something..... :p

BitTorrent is P2P... so yes, P2P still exists.

Otherwise there is also eMule which seems to be the most popular non-BitTorrent P2P file-sharing program now.

eMule and all of its other eDonkey and so on are still going strong but you have to use a SOCKS proxy . Of course it's nothing like it sued to be back in 2000 or 2001
