"I have a 30GB Zune and recently updated the software - being it made me do that. After updating though, the software can't seem to recognize that a Zune is connected. I am sure that there is no problems regarding my Zune or the wires - since it still charges and tells me that it is connected when the I run the Zune software.
Now, I read many tech helps from the microsoft site about how to fix it and have done exactly so. Suffice to say, none has worked. I don't want to reset everything because that would take months - no exaggeration - of reuploading.
