from what I saw JAV idols are different from american porn stars, I've seen Tsubasa Amami posted a lot of her selfie and groupie photos with her friends (males & females not from the industry), looks like very normal girl, posted her daily activities, hangout with friends, foods & drink, sometimes some stuffs and pets

I think the JAV actresses that seem the most interesting as people are the ones who genuinely enjoy being in JAV, they don't do JAV just for the money. Because you get a glimpse of the real person, with real desires, not just someone acting or faking it. Some examples of interesting girls: Sana Mizuhara, Tomoko Ashida, Azusa Nagasawa. Because people who are only motivated by the next paycheque are very boring people and not worth a relationship.

Not only a lot of people will recognize her and she might be different than what you expect. She also making a lot more than you and will not retire for you. I'm very suspicious of most of the numbers in that report. We've discussed AV idol income many times, the consensus seems to be 1 million yens per film is about the top line pay, not at all the typical pay. Not even the top idol can expect to keep getting those offers for a long time (6 months?). E.g. the uncensored debut of a top AV idol can get that much for one (plus maybe a second "debut") uncensored title.
Typical AV idol probably makes more than a salaryman, but unlikely she can save so much money in a typical career (3-5 years) to not need to work for the rest of her life. For for this topic, if you have a man who has a good income (NOT typical salaryman, but say a small business owner or a doctor), don't mind her past, can easily convince an AV idol to marry him and become a quiet (but easy living) house wife. A minor plastic surgery or two can easily disguise her porn history for the purpose of a stay-at-home housewife/mom.

No matter what, the report implied various things that's supposed to reflect typical industry standard but they just don't make any sense. 200 million yens income from 4 boyfriends? That's not totally crazy, if you understand it as a mistress situation. Wealthy men are known to throw money at mistresses, but that has nothing to do with AV industry or even high end call girls. Yuria Satomi's case is a classic case of highly successful gold digging, it's not even in the same bracket as high end call girls. That's why authorities can't get at her for prostitution (which is illegal in Japan) but only by tax violation.
Judging by other reports from that website, it seems typical AV idols don't at all enjoy a life of endless luxury and filthy (rich) boyfriend. Even a super hot idol, Yua Mikami, only brag about a 2-bedroom apartment, not much more. An apartment is pretty awesome for a 20-something salaryman, but it's far far, far below the standard for rich. And I'm even pretty sure she didn't just plunk down the cash and paid it off. I guess she made enough with her under-10 films for a 20% down payment and has a 60 years mortgage ahead of her.
What's really revealing is that Yua's income as a mid-level SKE idol was just about same as a salaryman. Not sure if everyone understand that Japanese concept of salaryman: it's better than flipping hamburgers (McJob) but for a young male, the income is not enough to attract a decent woman to marry you and raise a family.
Av idols film at least one film a month(usually done in 2-3 days depends of the number of scenes) and it's better than working like a 9am-6pm salaryman(5-6 days a week). Besides selling their bodies offscreen, top av idols make a decent amount from events and filming offers outside of Japan(mainly Taiwan & Macau).
Don't trust numbers posted in articles--especially those sky-high bonuses studios report when they snag a C-list celeb. These are private companies. They can say whatever they want.
I'm sure a busy and popular actress like Yui Hatano would be making (very) low 7-figures USD a year and any actress who regularly stars in titles (1-2 a month) should be putting in very very low 6-figures USD a year. Saving and wisely investing the money's another story.

AV actresses are snarter and don't hide themselves instead they compete to over promote and expose themselves for more opportunities. Yui Hatano gain fame after 2 years in AV before people compare her to a Taiwanese movie star. She should be earning millions every year. There's a huge difference between "earns up to 2,800,000 yen" (going by the GQ article) and actually making that much regularly. I'm not bashing Shimiken. He's probably one of the best paid--if not the best paid actor--but no way is he regularly pulling in 6 figures USD a month if we're just counting his work on AV sets.
