PRC is Russian version USA,by the way I always meet american using english speak they don't understand english if I without credit,maybe that is why you don't understand my english?you can always test my english,I will show you my chinese passion for english XD.
back to the topic,I have never leave port edward,and in port edward,every japanese located in downtown,the japanese are doing 15 job in downtown,if you are real american then you know how 15=downtown,go there and you will find japanese,I promise.
