Yesterday when I did a system defrag I notice some file names that are in chinese in system 32 when I went their I found 3 chinese files and 1 korean. I don't what they were. But I know they shouldn't be there. However I'm hesitant to delete them. From left the files goes 둘樓哤7 = 91.8 mb (created: Yesterday, September 06, 2013, 5:10:03 PM) , 阚늩哤7 = 92 mb (created: Today, September 07, 2013, 6:40:20 AM) , 〴㮣哤7 = 91.5 mb (created: Thursday, September 05, 2013, 4:05:20 PM) , 䍁蒀哤7 = 91.3 mb (created: Wednesday, September 04, 2013, 4:02:22 PM). from the time that they were created I don't remember visiting new website or doing something new online. Please help me. Should I delete them?

If it's in the system32 folder, it's most likely a software that did it and not a webpage you visited.
If you didn't launch any software other than your browser, I'd run an antivirus and an anti-malware since it may be your problem, but those are quite big files to be something like that.
