If I've to take a guess, simply just to spice things up or be different. IIRC their stuff is about real married women.

Up till now to partially cover the face of the girls, we have blurred eyes (pixelation), eye covers/masks, surgical masks, and lately just their own hands lol. I'm not sure which one I prefer, maybe the ye old surgical masks because sometimes you can see the girls' whole face when they remove it to suck a dick or kiss someone.
