The first pair from NPS-324

This might be a long shot, but I've seen many of these supposedly "amateurs" in NPS's nanpa movies be named and have even recognized some on my own. I want to know the names of the first pair of "amateurs" in NPS-324, that went by the names of "Narumi" (29 years old) and "Chiaki" (24 years old) (not that the names matter really because they're undoubtedly fake names).

How do you find them, if I might ask? Is it something that I could do myself? Because I'd also like to find the names of the rest of the unknown actresses in this movie (and in other movies), but I don't wanna be asking for too much of others if I don't have to.

Its little complicated to explain where to start from. you must good at facial recognition [to differentiate the look a like similarities] & it takes time to expertise your knowledge.
I use image search engines, visit several sites to find one ID & to make sure. Simply, its my intuition on the way to How & where to find detail.
sometimes find ID in a min. or will take a hr. or sometimes nothing. I don't know how other experts used to do it just like that. they are great.
of course, you can do the same with simple start.

I see. What search engines and sites do you use? I would like to at least try out myself. I used to use the fantastic R18 reverse image search quite a bit before the site got axed.

Google image, findpornface, pornstarface, mostly.
sokmil, sougouwiki, seesaawiki.jp are worthy. but can't make entire site list in particular, b'cas its huge & it varies everytime.
I suggest you, search yourself with simple terms as per the need so it gives the basic idea.
