Oh great! Hopefully I can get my attachment function back after the server moving. I miss this function a lot! Really! LOL.

im a new member, can anyone tell me tat why the download pace has been so slow? its like 1 or 5 kb/sec, the maximum i can get is 20 or so per sec, is it permenant?
