Yes, extremely tragic. I read about it on a news site in my country but the article quickly disappeared from the front page for some reason...
There must be some real mental issues and/or drugs involved for a person to flip out like that and attack kids, I remember hearing SerpentZA talking about a lot of similar attacks on children in China.
