Of course it doesn't answer his question. If you can't figure out how to use any of the search functions, or at least be more specific about exactly which video you're looking for, you can't reasonably expect anyone to give you precisely the answer you want.

Having dug for just 2 minutes, I've found that Sakura's only nude IV (pre-AV) was MOR-048. A quick search using any of several methods would also have yielded the appropriate result:
