I've shared all the ones i know of which are Natsuki and that JAV actress from the link to my thread but maybe there is one more out there .I will keep an eye on Sakura Aida :harp:

Hopefully, this info helps someone find the whole video and, perhaps, the rest of the series.

man, I remember I was one of the stores in akihabara and saw DWI-01 in a class case going for a pretty penny, thought that was rare but now this one is even rarer. I head back to Japan frequently, any tips on where I'd start a search if I want to find the physically copy?

Not quite. There is a Japanese site that documents pregnant JAV exclusively. I was interested in trying to find the first JAV with childbirth, but that website didn't document this one, which seemed to be older than the famous 2004 DWI-01 with Natsuki Hatakeyama (which appears to have two versions, once censored but longer, and one uncensored but shorter.) I had already the clip that aaa111 shared so I tried to locate the title that appeared at the beginning and that did not give me good results for years, but the catalog number SE-31 that appears there was the key.
While I was trying to locate one of the first three Japanese videos with childbirth scenes (1983 The Document: Shussan, 1986 The Shussan and, particularly, 1992 The Ninpu) I was able to come across the cover of Oku no Hosomichi 7: The Ninpu, With that, I was able to find that SE-07 was its catalog number and also the maker. Since the catalog was very similar to the one I was looking for in the clip, I tracked the details from that cover and, eventually, I was able to track down its defunct website URL, which, thankfully, was archived. Once there, I was able to get all details about Oku no Hosomichi 31.
Maybe try looking in second-hand shops like Suruga-ya or Book Off, but I'd be lying if I said I know for sure. It should pop up in Yahoo Auctions, but I believe it's pretty rare even in Japan (it was not documented in NinpuLove.com.)
