It's trite, but you need to seeding torrents. Or did you mean something different?

How to seeding torrent ? because i unable to download the torrent after a limit (rating(Рейтинг) is lower than 0.3).

Seeding torrents that are already in your torrent client.
Create your own torrents.
Create another account.

There are no other ways (without cheating the system). Аlso I can not give you my traffic, there is no such option, but I'll try to ask about it.

So, the solution are either
1. Create another account for download
2. create own torrent and seeding.
3. seeding torrent which has been downloaded (after finish download all the file).

is it either the 3 ways for pornolab to earn the rating (Рейтинг) ?

Yes.
I can only clarify that sometimes there are days when the download rating is not taken: international holidays, birthday of PL, the last Saturday of every month, etc.
Also, the rating doubles for seeding on our own torrents, or on others, but if you are the only one seeder.
