You could always re-register a new paypal account. The reason why it was banned in the first place was probably because the donation button was there for everyone to see the email recipient.

Change your IP address or they'll trace the new account to your old one and delete it immediately, delete your site history, and call in your credit card to say it's stolen and get a new CC number issued. If u need to withdraw the money, then u'll need a new bank account.

Credit cards with paypal require u to use the exact address it's registered to. If you accept money with bank accounts, u can use a fake name and fake address.

You can either make ppl email directly to request the donation email recipient, and have ppl indicate in the payment it's for a particular product not related to this site.

It'll take paypal forever to figure it out. Because:
1. they're not using their resources to find out little things like this.
2. It depends on someone complaining about it in the first place. But you wont have the donation email for display to the public.
3. All donations look like a purchase of a non-adult product.
