Password Reset Broken?

I forgot my pass, managed to guess it right after a while, but the forgot password thing doesn't do anything. >.>

dunno what's wrong with the email settings, everything seems fine, works from php.
i'll see if i can figure out what's wrong, not the first time this has been mentioned.
