Hi i'm new to this site, i recently downloaded some content which comes under 001/002 files etc and windows won't let me open it, i'm probably missing something so if some help can be offered would be appreciated ^^

windows is an OS only, so normally it won´t open any program files. You did not tell us what endings the files had? RAR for ex?
