I just need to know the movie ID to file my collection away.

Just typed "chinpo matsuri" in Japanese and this was an instant result on DMM (or Fanza, if you like the new name).

Try going to legit databases or JAV sellers (preferably in Japanese) to search using basic Japanese terms (using Google Translate is handy). I usually try the terms in DMM or Sougouwiki. I hope this helps in the future.
