Even regarding a site that offers no restrictions, you know how much time it takes to wade through video links... and that's not counting the long time involved in the research that will follow. The least you can do is cut down on the time for anyone kind enough trying to assist you. Do yourself a favor too, by increasing the chances of getting your question answered - even if it will involve a little more time than just copying and pasting a link.
Download the clip, grab some nice clear shots of your actress and preferably embed them in large size, on your post - and offer thumbnails besides. (With Media Player Classic, preparing thumbs are as easy as 1-2-3 - see Codegeek's tutorial, via his signature.) There is no substitute for the video link, of course, but if you're going to include one, you should not expect one to have to register for it.
