found this gif on spikedhumor's daily gif gallery and wanted to know what its from. from what i gather of the gif its probably been released here in america since its uncensored

somehow this looks like Asuka from Blackmail.

i agree it does look like it but the animation in the gif seems like its from a more recent anime but i could be wrong. if you could please tell me the episode number and approximate time code of the scene i could look it up. thanks a bunch.
