I know it's not much information to go on, but the face is very clear and the gifs are good quality. I don't recognise her at all and none of the gifs contain any real information to help identification.
I tried a few reverse image searchers to no success.

I recommend to attach image always to your posts using the "Upload a File" button (at least if they are not too big size wise because there is a file size limit). After the successful upload you can include them into your post using the "Full Image" button.
