I´ve just found this in share and it´s complete:

It´s a 3 parts OAV. AniDB names it as ecchi as it´s a non hentai adaption of a hentai dating game by KeroQ from 2001, but the animation released from 12-19-2003 to 07-23-2004 by KSS / Softgarage just has a bit of fanservice, no more.

Some hints about KSS/Pink Pineapple releases:
DVD references starting with JDRx-5xxxx (rental) or JDXx-5xxxx (sell) are most likely adult ones (animated or live stuff)
DVD codes starting with JDRx-2xxxx (rental) or JDXx-2xxxx (sell) are non-adult material, though it can be as sexy as this one.
The fourth character is "A" if it's an animation, and other letters like "O" or "D" if it's a live action.
I've seen a few references using other number (3,4) and they are an intermediate category.
But for instance light eroanime stuff like "Sotgugyou" or "Refrain Blue" still used the number "5" (with different letter codes in the beginning), though they are classified as 15+ in Japan.
