She is one of my fav and i'm pretty sure it was her. i already did some research , but since i can't read japanese i guess the DVD is not yet released. it seems to be that way because i can't find any information about this one (Cover, DVD Code ) OR, she just changed her name and we don't know what is her new AV name.

I'm pretty sure that's not her. The OP's vidcaps are her however. If this video was that would mean there are two videos as this one looks completely different than the OP's. I've seen her listed as Otsuka Kiyoshitsuki as well. No idea where to see the original video.

It is expected of a Gravure Idol. Don't get me wrong, I love to appreciate the female body as much as the next guy, but Japanese Gravure is just a undercover "incubator" for Jav. You don't really believe all those tiny clothes and utterly sexy posses are for the sake of art, don't you. There is no innocense in the world of Gravure, and I like it. Love to see a a cute japanese girl delivering sex, for other matter (contemplation of naked body with an aesthetic intention) I'll go somewhere else.

while i would love to see all gravure idols go into jav. i hope that gravure don't feel that they have to go into jav industry. if they want to explore other areas i hope they try nude modeling, videos or photobooks.

It is not "expected" the vast majority of Gravure Idols never do AV just as most Playboy models in the US don't end up doing porn.

Yes they are selling "sex" but so are most pop-singers and mainstream models.

It is expected, but of course, its not forced. From what I know from the modeling industry, the agents will nudge and try to convince you in any way to do AV, because the money is better. The model is the agents product, I guess you could say. Every time the model gets a job, the agent gets paid. So you see, that's why agents "aim" to take their models to AV, more money for the both of them. I know this through experience, but you can get a good idea of what I'm talking about, by watching a movie/documentary called "nude". Its a movie based on the AV model known as "Mihiro". Her movie, basically shows you how gravure models are found and how they progress from gravure to AV.

It's still not "expected" I'm not sure how anyone would say that.
Because some agents have an agenda you can't generalize and use a term like "it's expected".

There is not an easy way to explain it to you. I was only a model, never an agent. However, I was around agents from all over the world, that often spoke and bragged about their accomplishments. People fail to realize, models and agents are not friends. To an agent, a model is only worth the money he/she brings in. Anyways, I can't force you to believe me, so take it as you will.

Oh I understand your point, I'm just saying that the statement "it is expected" means EVERYONE expects it which is not true.

@kooze I watched that movie you posted and I thought it was pretty good.

Is it based on a real av actress or is it fictional?

I have to say what it shows was pretty much unsurprising and it is pretty much the same as it is in the rest of the world, however in Europe and the US a lot of actresses make a lot of money (more than they do by making porn) by escorting once they have made a name for themselves I don't think that is the case in Japan.

Its based on a real AV actress. The movie is an autobiography about her life experience.
