Yep, the founder and head of Megaupload who made $40,000,000 in 2010 and who lives in a $24,000,000 walled compound, posing in front of his Mercedes limousine and, in the background, his helicopter (the third row shows 4 of the 18 Mercedes and other cars he owns. The headshot is for those who need an avatar).

Not exactly one of the "99%ers", eh?

From a January 20th newsfeed:

"When Mr. Dotcom, who holds Finnish and German citizenship, first saw the police, he ran inside and activated several electronic locks, part of the estate’s sophisticated security system. As the police made their way through those, he barricaded himself in a safe room. Officers cut their way through to get him, standing near a firearm that they said looked like a sawed-off shotgun."

Somewhere, Dominique Strauss-Kahn and Silvio Berlusconi, even though separated by a thousand kilometers, are having the same thought:

"How do I get involved in this 'New Economy'?" :puzzled: :study:

He is crazy and a showoff, but he sure knows how to make money fast.
He once said "he would rather live 10years like a kink instead of 50 years like a pig".

He is the perfect example of the saying,

"Pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered"

Someone decided it's harvest time.

(Since SOPA died yesterday, maybe he's a consolation prize.)

evidently recent actions taken against megaupload are having an effect on the file host community

Yeah Right

Yeah Right..

Sophisticated Security System ?:pandalaugh:

The fed could still passed through it. What's so sophisticated about that ?

If he didn't install *Red Queen* program and *Laser Blade* or *Laser Netwall* [not to mention *Nerve Gas*] like in Umbrella Underground Facility [Resident Evil], than that's not a sophisticated security system.:thief:

"You're all gonna die down here", said *Red Queen* {I imagined she said that to all the Feds officers].
