Yeah, I thought pulling the shoulders back would be seen the reason but I don't think it can make them look like in the photos I posted. It's too exaggerated. Most AV actresses and Gravure models go for saline because the incision is small and the empty implant can be folded up and inserted via a very small opening in the armpit. But anyone who feel the need to feed their ego and can't handle a simple discussion without personal feelings, clearly have issues more than fake or real breasts.
