Japanese recipes?

I was wondering if any1 had or know Japanese recipe worth making...i'v been watching anime (bah its my only "source " of information about japan) And 90% of what they eat looks awesome...so i was wondering how to make that food. So if any1 got a recipe or a site for them plz help me out :3

mainly is the buying bits that are difficult

because the pro-culture shop are all in big city...
but once you know the route,an new world is in front of you
