Is it just me, In the last few years, it seems that gero/puke AV has been getting harder and harder to come by? Stuff like the early Tohjiro days and the M-Drug series. Girls like Izumi Marin or Nonaka Anri. Am I just looking in the wrong places?

Probably because Tohjiro was the only guy doing it. Now that he's basically changed his style to mostly weird s&m bondage stuff, you'll just have to wait for someone else to step up to the plate.
