I cannot see the ATTACHED THUMBNAILS!!

Basically, that's it.

I've tried turning off all my ad' and script -blocking programs, but I still can't see the images of the Attached Thumbnails, I only see the outline of the section where it is supposed to be in.

If you are refering to the attachments which posted before July 2007, then here's the reason:

The stuff in the recycle is old junk and is only there in case someone has the torrents or whatnot and wants to ressurect it.
So you won't have much luck viewing attachments in there.
