How to combine files from download?

How do you combine the files that you download via hotfile, etc. ?

I have a premium account. AFter you download ABC.mp4.001, ABC.mp4.002, ABC.mp4.003, etc. How do you combine those into one file? I tried just renaming the file to ABC1.mp4, ABC2.mp4, ABC3.mp4, etc. but when I do that I can only get one of the series of files to play.

You need to use a program like hjsplit to combine them. It is freeware

Ahh, THAT kind of combining, I thought you were asking about how to batch download.
