I usually use a modified version of ucbrowser to download mp4 from sites; it is capricious and allows you to download almost everything; this browser also supports downloading m3u8 files which can be converted to mp4 after downloading. To combine m3u8 files into a single mp4, I use the MP4Joiner program; it allows you to combine files into a single mp4 without recoding or loss of quality.

IDMP or IDM browser ,it automatically grab the video, and merge it if m3u8 file to MP4.
