Hi guys, I'm looking for a company which can help to receive the package and forward it to oversea. I have got some results like japantodoor. Unfortunately in their TOS, they said according to Japanese Customs measure:

Books, drawings, carvings, and any other article which may harm public safety or morals (obscene or immoral materials, e.g., pornography);

They cannot ship adult products. But some DVD is really rare and I want to buy.... Anyone has idea about this?

:please:

You're welcome to ship to me and I'll forward it. As cookevin said though, I'm not giving you my time for free. I ship EVERYTHING that people want (of which I can find) even items that --I-- consider morally objective. Go figure, eh?

damn...
I just got the response from Australian custom about what kinds of DVD products is restricted.

The following will be restricted. This includes publications, films and any other goods that describe, depict, express or otherwise deal with matters of sex, drug misuse or addiction, crime cruelty, violence, terrorist acts or revolting or abhorrent phenomena in such a way that they offend against the standards of morality, decency and propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults.

Oh well, there's always the internet. Or... creative packaging which seems to be a routine request for many of my over-seas customers.

I usually use http://www.japonicamarket.com/ for JAV, always friendly and never had a problem with them.

For everything ells www.fromjapan.co.jp is the way to go, they don’t ship JAV but for some reason hentai don’t seem to be an issue (god knows way :puzzled:)

EDIT: Or you can just use Aquamrine as stated above (which is probably better than both of the sites i mentioned).

I really should start rending trough treed before posting in them :S

I looked at the website of Japonica Market. And I guess they really do what they recommend:
Please use Google Language Tools. you can read Japanese site in your own language.
I'm not a native English speaker and my English skills are... there is room for improvement. But even I know that their English is... eh... let's say: You have to get used to it. :joker:

I understand where you are coming from (trust me my English is far from perfect as well and my Japanese even worse) but I promise you that you don’t really need that to buy stuff.

Just go to either DDM or Amazon (In my humble opinion nothing really comperes), pick out the things you want, send them links, pay and that’s about it really. :eek:k:

They say the same thing about every country. .... can you imagine just how much time would be spent if that were the case? Let's imagine that...

Ever year, Oz.Post handles 5.1 billion letters/packages...
That's 13972603 every day of the year.
Let's imagine that only 20% of those are packages, not letters, that's still 2794521 packages... and if only 20% of those are imports, that's STILL 558904. That's a fuck-load of time spent x-raying man...

At the airport, it's roughly 30-45 seconds per bag going through, and they are looking for bombs with law enforcement... you think they're going to spend 30-45 seconds per package coming through?

Let's check the math again (cuz this is fun!).

558904 packages X 30 seconds (rounding down) = That's THOUSANDS of wasted hours.

All in all, don't sweat it :)

From my experience of shipping stuff from Japan (to France), the main thing customs really check is the declared content and its value, to see if it must be taxed or not. The middle man service I use only writes a vague description of the content, like 'DVD' 'CD' 'books' etc. Here it's pretty much safe to get "risky" material.

I believe what Aquamarine said, they don't have time to verify all the stuff going through. But it's not saying they don't check anything. :thief:

But I don't know if australian customs are more eager to control things than french customs...

I agree. Most packages should be scanned or how they can detect the drug? It doesn't make sense.
But it looks like label "CD" will much safety.:scared:
