There's a few of them, but the benefit isn't as great as with anime and it takes longer to encode so the chances of it getting widespread are very slim I would say.
I personally started a few months ago to use 10bit for all my JAV encodes since I don't mind waiting a lot longer for something of slightly better quality and vitreous also made some(not sure he posted them though), but he only does(as far as I know) Idol ones.
