I just find this news on the Internet:

in December 2008, a New South Wales Supreme Court judge, Justice Michael Adams, ruled to uphold a magistrate's decision that a pornographic cartoon parodying characters on The Simpsons (Bart and Lisa) was child pornography, because "t follows that a fictional cartoon character, even one which departs from recognisable human forms in some significant respects, may nevertheless be the depiction of a person within the meaning of the Act."[4][5]
The Appellant, Alan John McEwan, was fined $3000 Aus ($3,170 US). Judge Adams explained the law was appropriate because cartoons could "fuel demand for material that does involve the abuse of children", also adding "A cartoon character might well constitute the depiction of such a person"

In this case, most of adult cartoon and hentai which character present as a loli will be think against the child pornography law??:eek:mgnoway::eek:mgnoway:Any Aussies here?
May it's the time need to consider to encrypt all my hentai collection. It's too danger:spotlight:

While I'm not Australian but I think for us in Central Europe should, it should be looked at in the same way as you do in Australia. But it would be far less concerned holder of this even comic material would be considered a pedophile to go and get it to sit in jail. Therefore, it is recommended to double, it will be encrypted as well, and it never directly sent.Something else, however, are boards that allow us to be present to those who love this kind of art and also can not do them no right to inspect if not logged in as you or me.What present to Loli Land you can view.

Just remember encryption is by itself against the Australian law and you are supposed to deliver the encryption key in case needed (also encryption superior to 2048 is totally illegal...even in Europe) so basically you can encrypt but only so your children or/and wife cannot access the files not to store any kind of files viewed as "illegal".

I have always thought that law laughable. You just have to weigh if what you are encrypting is worth the penalty for having encrypted material. So if you are going to use encryption, use the best you can find. In Australia, for example, you face 6 months imprisonment.
