Help needed

I really am sorry if this is covered on another thread, but I cant find it.
Could someone please tell me why I am unable to download the first file of some avi files.
I am able to dl all other part but not the first on, so I know there will be a simple solution, but being thick, I cant figure it out!

I have just found the solution myself, not as dumb as I look!!! lol
