Hi Danboy, welcome to the forum. There has been one movie similar to KV-212. It is KV-197 by Yuzuki Aisha. In my opinion, KV-212 is better since Kanna Misaki was so enthusiastic in it. Depending on its success, the studio Knights Visual might release similar movies in future. Unfortunately mass gokkun seems to be on the decline recently. Hopefully that will change...
