As far as I can tell it's Yoko Yuki (夕樹洋子) in an uncensored movie from 2007 called 美しき巨乳2 but since I can't find a working link with pictures, just text, I can't be really sure.

From your info I found out that her main body of work was under the name Reiri Suzukawa 鈴川玲里.

Is she still active? The chances are low, but I'm still curious.
I tried to look her up by both names on DMM and Sougouwiki, but wasn't able to find a single title of her.
