Last week the SD rip of mcsr-288 starring Aimi Yoshikawa was posted and an extra scene after the dvd was uploaded in the same file

I have no other info unfortunately as there wasn't any text on the screen or the video code before this and they didn't have a self-intro scene
Seems like a one-shot but worth a try I guess
