Kevin is correct. It's a 100% scam. Most likely it's just a "sex friend" video. Eri never has and most likely never will do a sex scene. let alone one like this… There are however many CosPlayers that do regularly shoot sex scenes.

Okay this video has made its way on the net. I checked it and I'm 100% positive this is Eri: the birth marks and moles are indeed hers.

Now this seems to be a leaked sextape (maybe revenge porn?) that was made years ago, maybe dating back when she did some submissive videos.
