I have a couple of these and was wondering...how were they distributed? The sleeves come completely sealed, but they don't have any cutting/ripping marks to indicate they were actually attached to the magazine. Looking at actual magazine issues on auctions, they don't seem to ever include these either. Were they mail order through the magazine? Or were the magazines sealed in a plastic cover that also included these loose, and I just haven't seen any auctions for that?
