DVD regional playback problems

I have a dvd i burned here that says all regions (even DVD decryptor said it's regions 1 to 8) yet does not play on my dvd player. Plays adequately on my pc and modded x-box, but like i said, the dvd player won't even try playing it, says "regional limitations" or something like that.

Try installing "anydvd". I use it to play region 1 dvds on my region 2 dvd burner. It can also removes protections of copy.

@ akuma, I'm assuming it's not his PC's DVD player we're talking about here as he plainly states that.

About your DVD player, is it a region free one? Also, have you checked that when you burnt the disc, the region protection was set as well?
