I'm thinking about buying a membership at handjobjapan, fellatiojapan, spermmania or another site like them. Can anyone tell me if these sites are worth the money and if there're alternatives.

The actual content is just full length versions of the trailers available. That should be your gauge as to if it is worth it or not, I would think. Plus be aware much of the older content is out on the file sharing hosts.
