Disabling BBCode

is there a way to disable the bbcode when im posting/editing as it was before
per example yesterday a make a new thread (wich was deleted few hours later) with a list of pictures hosted here and externally
I use the and [url] code for it, and it look like this.

[noparse][URL=page addres][img]picture url address[/URL][/noparse]

then i press the preview button to check if all worked
and it did work fine untill i see the box where I was editing
the pictures were visible same as the preview instead of the bbcodes and url address as the example above.


the same happened when you highlight a text and press the B button, you cant see the code, you see the bolded text as you were seeing the preview post

in General Settings -> Message Editor Interface

set to "Basic Editor - A simple text box"

It should work according to chompy :drool:

it works!
i changed to standard editor, the basic removes the buttons interface.
