EDIT: Someone on Nyaa request comparison screens with Rizlim's release so I figured I would post them here as well. The resolutions are different but I didn't want to resize anything to maintain proper image quality.

Here's some comparisons to the raw. I kinda felt a need to justify why I re-encoded it (I know at least one of these is off by a couple frames but you can get the general idea still; biggest difference is the lack of noise in this release. You should notice it right away):

It recently came to my attention that there was a unacceptable dearth of Softenni BD rips available. Being the humanitarian and fan of little girls that I am I resolved to do something about it. The raws are from Yousei, subs from Hiryuu, OP/ED karaoke from Kira, and subs for the specials from Rizlim. Everything was re-encoded (mostly for compression purposes), re-timed, and multiplied by 1.5 (re-typeset) by yours truly. So please enjoy all the middle school girl topless/panty shots in a full three hundred and sixty p's more than was previously available.

The five spirited middle school girls of the Shiratama Middle School Soft Tennis Team have high hopes in winning tournaments and making it into the nationals.

There is the energetic, always enthusiastic klutz Harukaze Asuna, the strict Sawanatsu Kotone, very skilled in Karate, scares easily, but has a decidedly violent streak, the busty air-headed glutton Akiyama Chitose, captain of the team but actually the least skilled, the sporty, tanned Fuyukawa Kurusu, a soft tennis ace, who loves to wear strange masks and scare Kotone, and finally the blond-haired exchange student from the UK, Elizabeth Warren, a gifted "real" tennis player with a crush on sensei.

Together with Mishimagi You, a former tennis prodigy as teacher and coach, the team's high goals might well be attainable. But will the quirky personalities of these girls be an asset or a hindrance in this endeavour?
