Two things that should give a good result:

- Use the VIDEO_TS folder to build an ISO archive. You can then play the ISO, menu's and all.

- Use a TS multiplexer to join the VOB programme files together as a single TS file.

A very simple thing you can try:

- Concatenate the VOB programme files as a single VOB file and play that.
